Series number 1 refers to the Kettle column, a semi-continuous distillation method originating in Canada, traditionally reserved for whisky production, which was installed in the distillery in 1959.
 
Made from the finest cane honeys, this intense golden rum has been distilled entirely in Ketlle column, then aged in American white oak barrels.
 
Each bottle of this limited edition is numbered.
