Aalborg Akvavit Jubilaeums is the golden aquavit created in Denmark in 1946 to celebrate the 100th anniversary of the launch of Aalborg Taffel, hence its name.
Unlike its little brother, it has aged in American white oak barrels and was not made from cumin but from dill and coriander.
It is to drink chilled or iced but also at room temperature.
