Louis Roque moved to Souillac in 1905 and quickly became the local plum brandy specialist.  This know-how, transmitted for five generations, ensures the perenity of the Distillery directed today not the grandson of Louis Roque.

The high quality of this brandy lies in the careful selection of high quality plums from a dozen different varieties. Once distilled, the brandy is aged for two years in barrels to reveal all its complexity and aromas of cooked plums and stone fruits.
