Nordes Atlantic Galician Gin, inspired by the cool wind "Nordes" for its refreshing side, is produced in Spain in the Celtic region: Galicia.

Distilled three times in a traditional way, it then undergoes a fourth distillation and a fifth with the following ingredients: Albarino grape, salicornia, lemongrass, lemon zest, eucalyptus leaves, sage, mint, juniper berries, cardamom, licorice, quinine, ginger, hibiscus and tea.

The Albarino grape gives it a unique taste, a rebellious character typically "Atlantic" and a spicy taste.
