This Spanish liqueur with a vanilla and citrus flavour is made from 43 different ingredients, hence its name.

Its history goes back to the Roman Empire, which found a delicious drink made from citrus fruits and aromatic herbs, following their conquest of Quart Hadas in south-east Spain.
