Heering Cherry Liqueur 70cl / 24 %
This cherry liqueur is made in Denmark by the company Peter Heering, official supplier of Her Majesty Elizabeth II of England and the Danish Royal Court, according to a recipe dating from 1818.
Macerated and slightly crushed cherries are added with spices and sugar to neutral alcohol. Then, during the aging process in barrels (3 to 5 years), sugar is regularly added.
This rich and intense liqueur is the main ingredient of the cocktail "Singapore Sling".
