Italicus is an Italian liqueur made from bergamot, a citrus both sour and bitter. This Italian spirit is made in a small family distillery dating from 1906 near Turin.
Its composition includes an infusion of bergamot, citron, lavender, gentian, chamomile, rose and melissa.
A perfect balance between citrus fruits and the bitterness brought by rose and lavender.
Ideal in a Spritz with 1 dose of Italicus, 2 doses of Prosecco and 3 olives to garnish. All served in a wine glass with ice.
