Don Papa Baroko comes from the island of Negros in the Philippines.
It is made from molasses known as "black gold".
After distillation it is aged in American oak barrels selected by the Master Blender of the brand allowing the obtaining of vanilla and fruity notes.
Local sugar cane is then added giving beautiful gourmet flavors.
Filtration is carried out cold and bottling at 40°.
