INSIDER is a "spiced rum". It is made from agricultural white rum from the island of Marie-Galante.
This rum undergoes a maceration of more than a month with a mixture of 7 spices including black vanilla from Madagascar, cinnamon and fresh ginger. The other ingredients remain a well-kept secret.
During maceration, the rum is regularly brewed and undergoes a slow recovery, starting from an initial rate of 65 degrees. This precessus allows to develop rich and complex flavors, characteristic of INSIDER.
