For its Extra premium range, Saint Aubin uses an ironing still to distil the pure cane juice from the first grinding and keeps only the core of heating to obtain an agricultural rum of exceptional quality.
It is then macerated with roasted coffee without any other addition giving an excellent spirits to the coffee.
