The rum Barbados Single Island blend is part of the new Cane Island series that focuses on rums "Single Island" each from a unique territory and highlighting the know-how and taste characteristics of each of these regions.
This rum blend is made from rums from 3 to 8 years old from the famous Foursquare and West Indies distilleries.
This long aging in oak barrels allowed this rum to develop a nice balance between woody notes and softer notes.
