The Distillery Collections are limited series put on the market by Diplomatico to show the know-how of the distillery.

Series number 2 refers to the Barbet column, a continuous distillation method designed at the end of the 19th century by the French Emile Barbet, which was adopted by the distillery from 1959.

Made from quality sugar cane molasses, this shiny golden rum was distilled entirely in Barbet column, then aged in American white oak barrels for 4 years.

Each bottle of this limited edition is numbered.
