Forsyths 151 Proof Habitation Velier is a blan rum from the Worthy Park distillery.

It was distilled in 2017 in still «pot still».

It has the particularity of titrating to 75.5% which is the traditional and historical degree of Jamaican white rums.

What makes the originality of this rum is the extremely long fermentation to which it was subjected: 3 months! While the fermentation time of an agricultural rum from Martinique for example is only 2-3 days.
