In 1819, Pierre de Saint Aubin established a sugar cane plantation in southern Mauritius. The family quickly diversified its production with tea and rum as well as other agricultural products.
The Saint Aubin Coconut Classic Spirit is produced from a rum distilled in a column still in which fresh coconut has been macerated for a long time releasing all its flavor.
An excellent spirits on fresh coconut notes!
