For its History collection, Saint Aubin has assembled some of its best old rums distilled either in the Saint Aubin House of Rum’s Iron Still or in the Column Still located in the Domaine’s Rum Factory.

All the rums that make up the Saint Aubin Mauritius were distilled in 2004.
