Bacoo 7 years is a rum of 7 years of age from the Dominican Republic. Bacoo has its own machines to extract sugar cane juice. The juice is fermented with natural yeasts and distilled in the Alcoholes Finos Dominicanos distillery. It is then aged in ex-bourbon barrels.
Made from 100% locally produced sugar cane.
This rum has a nice balance on notes of vanilla, banana and butter cream.
