For this rum, Trois Rivières made an amazing marriage between amber rum and whisky.

After fermentation in open tanks and distillation in Creole column, this agricultural rum underwent a double maturation of 7 months in great lightning (40,000 liters) of American oak and 9 months in small French barrels of 200 liters having previously contained whisky.

The American oak brings warm notes of cocoa, coffee and chocolate, while the French oak develops the structure and finesse of the rum.
