Le Vieux de l'Océan is an original creation highlighting the mineral character of Trois Rivières in this 54% overproof version: it was indeed produced using the reduction technique to"seawater from the Caribbean by incorporating a hint of seawater taken off the coast of the famous Diamant, to obtain an original and fresh rum.
