Diplomatico Mantuano is the rum that replaces «Diplomatico Reserva Rum» and the latest born in the range. It offers a lot of richness, roundness, sweetness and fruit.

This rum, Venezuelan style, was obtained by a clever blend of rums produced from molasses and fresh sugar cane juice and distilled in 3 different processes. about 40% have been distilled in still «pot» and are therefore very intense. The sweetness of Mantuano comes from the other 60% that have been distilled in column or steam boiler (Batch Kettle).

Diplomatico Mantuano is the latest born of this Venezuelan production, developed according to the standards of their Designation of Origin: hybrid of Hispanic and English rums as described by the Cellar Master of this House, Tito Cordero.

The ron Diplomatico Mantuano has been aged for up to 8 years in barrels that previously contained Bourbon for the former, and Malt for the latter.

It is a beautiful and versatile rum of superior quality, ideal for cocktails, in «longdrinks» or to be enjoyed alone on ice cubes.
