Plantation Barbados 5 YO Old Artisanal Signature Blend Rum is a rum with an age declaration rather than a vintage and the result of a blend of rums distilled in still and columns.
It underwent a first aging of 5 years in ex-bourbon barrels in the tropical climate of Barbados and then a finish in cognac barrels «Pierre Ferrand» at Château de Bonbonnet in France.
It is a supple, aromatic and tasty rum with notes of brown sugar, vanilla, flambéed banana, coconut and dried fruits.
