Plantation Barbados XO 20th Anniversary is a XO rum that celebrates the 20 years of the Ferrand house and represents the quintessence of the Caribbean.
It is the result of a mixture of rums, from the island of Barbados, which are aged between 12 and 20 years. These rums all aged for several years in ex-bourbon barrels in the tropics in his home country, Barbados. They were then transferred to continue their aging in small barrels of French oak and Pierre Ferrand (first cru of Cognac) in Charente, at the Château de Bonbonnet.
