This is the new name of the old "Botran Reserva".
It is the culmination of a blend of rums, produced from sugar cane, from 5 to 15 years all aged according to the "Solera" method.
The aging takes place in old barrels of Sherry, Port and American oak burned and re-burned in high altitude.
