This gin, created by the famous Spanish sommelier, Manuel Barrientos, is made from neutral alcohol of redistilled grain in Galicia with 11 aromatic plants: juniper berries, cardamon, coriander, thyme, chamomile, licorice, peppermint, cinnamon, orange zest, bitter oranges and lemons.
