Connemara Peated Single Malt Distillers Edition is inspired by the art of drying barley on 18th century peat fires. This whiskey has a distinct peaty flavor, smooth and structured, infused with a touch of light smoke.
It is the result of a blend of peated whiskeys aged in small batches in bourbon and sherry barrels "Oloroso" to offer a complex composition of peat, malt, honey, wood and the silky sweetness typical of a much older whisky.
