This limited edition whisky was distilled on October 28, 1998 and poured into American oak barrels before being transferred to Manzanilla sherry barrels.

Manzanilla sherry is known to be coastal, salty and nutty: characteristics similar to our Bunnahabhain spirit. Although less known and not produced as often as some other sherries, this is something the master blender and master distiller like to use with this whisky.

Bottled by the strength of the barrel to give a more intense and concentrated flavor, this version of the festival is without color addition and unfiltered.
