Tullamore Dew Caribean Rum Cask is obtained after refining Tullamore Dew Original in a selection of Caribbean rums XO casks from Demera (British Guiana) of first filling that bring aromas of tropical fruits and hot spices.

This Tullamore Dew edition pays tribute to the cultural mix of Ireland and the Caribbean: in the 16th and 17th centuries, more than 50,000 Irish slaves were sold to English settlers in the Caribbean. Many worked on sugar plantations in Barbados. It is said that their experience in whiskey distillation was used to create the first rums.
