It has undergone two maturations, a first in ex-bourbon barrels and a second in barrels of 225 liters of Château Suduiraut, Premier Cru Classé of Sauternes. The result: a creamy golden whisky with fruity flavors with a beautiful influence of the barrel «Sauternes».
