Drappier Rosé de Saignée 75cl / 12 %
The Champagne Drappier Rosé de Saignée is a rosé champagne made from the Pinot Noir grape variety and is produced by the bleeding method, which consists of taking part of the juice from black grapes after a short maceration, giving the wine its pink color.
Champagne Rosé is a versatile wine that can be enjoyed with a wide variety of dishes. It is particularly well suited to the aperitif, with fish and seafood, white meats, salads and desserts based on red fruits.
Created in 1808, the Drappier Champagne House has a history closely linked to pinot noir, its favourite grape variety. For the anecdote, in the 30’s, was replanted on the estate the pinot noir grape against the general opinion of the town. But a few years later, the 100% pinot noir was one of the favorite wines of General de Gaulle during his family meals.
