Domaine Germain Pidansat is located on the sunny hillsides of Avirey Lingey in the south of Champagne.
The vines grow on soils composed in varying proportions of limestone, clay and marl and are cultivated in respect of the environment.
"Tradition" cuvée is a blend of pinot noir and pinot meunier, offering a fresh and elegant champagne.
Nose : White fruits, blonde tobacco, grilled bread
Palate : Fine, elegant, lightly acidic
