Henriot Brut Souverain is the first cuvée to be produced in the history of the Maison Henriot since its foundation in 1808 by Apolline Henriot. The latter had the will to illuminate its lands through the creation of a great Champagne. According to her, a year was not enough to tell the personality of its terroirs. She had then decided to put in reserve every year wines to incorporate them into a future blend.

Through this Champagne, the Maison Henriot tells all the wines that make up its vineyard. Henriot Brut Souverain is a multi-cru, multi-year blend and a blend of the three main Champagne grape varieties; Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Meunier.
