Berritta "tziu martine" DOC vermentino di sardegna 2021 is an Italian white wine.
"Berritta" is a typical Sardinian nickname which means "flat hat". Cantina berritta is entirely conducted in organic farming, on the territory of Dorgali.
Its grape variety is 100% vermentino. The grapes are cooled in a cold room overnight. The next day, they are destemmed and pressed then put in steel tanks to ferment. After 48 hours, the skins are separated and continue to ferment at a controlled temperature of 20°C.
