The Drappier vineyard covers 100 hectares and is the essential asset of the house’s wines. The particularly well exposed and extremely limestone plots are located mostly around Urville, where the majority of Pinot Noir finds its best expression and allows to produce very elegant aromatic wines.

This cuvée Brut Nature Zéro Dosage is made from 100% Pinot Noir and as indicated is not dosed, only remains the natural residual sugar less than 2 g per bottle.
