This red Chinon Château La Grille harvested and vinified by the Baudry-Dutour family is considered a must-have for this appellation.

It is a complex and spicy wine made from vines that are 50 years old on average, and harvested manually. 

Then come 2 weeks of maceration and 12 months spent for half in barrel and the other in tank.
