Château de Beaucastel is a renowned wine in France, celebrated for its balance, elegance and ability to age. Its exceptional terroir is located north of Châteauneuf-du-Pape, exposed to the Mistral.
The thirteen grape varieties of the appellation have been grown organically since the 1960s.
The 2019 vintage was marked by a gradual flowering and a scorching summer well supported by the vines.
The estate has 110 hectares with typical soil of Châteauneuf-du-Pape.
The vinification is carefully carried out, each grape variety is treated individually, and the wine ages in oak barrels for 1 year.
This Châteauneuf-du-Pape is made from the grape varieties Grenache 30%, Mourvèdre 30%, Syrah 15%, Counoise 10%, Vaccarèse, Terret Noir, Muscardin, Clairette, Picpoul, Picardan, Bourboulenc, Roussanne 10%, Cinsault 5%
Recommended service is approximately 15°C, with possible decantation.
