Berritta "don baddore" isola dei nuraghi 2020 is an Italian red wine.
"Berritta" is a typical Sardinian nickname which means "flat hat". Cantina berritta is entirely conducted in organic farming, on the territory of Dorgali.
Its grape variety consists of 50% Cannonau and 50% Syrah. Its soil is permeable thanks to weathered granite.
The harvested grapes are destemmed and transferred to traditional wooden vats where the fermentation begins, which lasts about 30 days.
