Berritta "nostramu" DOP cannonau di sardegna 2020 is an Italian red wine.
"Berritta" is a typical Sardinian nickname which means "flat hat". Cantina berritta is entirely conducted in organic farming, on the territory of Dorgali.
Its grape variety is 100% cannonau. The grapes from the youngest plots are destemmed and transferred to steel tanks where alcoholic fermentation takes place for 8 to 10 days. Subsequently the wine is transferred to steel tanks for malolactic fermentation.
