Big Peat Islay Blended Malt is a remarkable marriage of malt whiskies from the island of Islay. It comes from small batches, without dye or cold filtration and bottled with high alcohol content (46%), which promises an incredible sensation in the mouth.
Big Peat represents all that is Islay in a single whisky: Caol Ila brings sweetness, Bowmore the perfect balance, Ardbeg the medicinal and earthy side and Port Ellen, a certain elegance. There are also some whiskies among this blend that remain secret.
Its name is evocative: Big (huge) and Peat (peat).
