Sweet and full-bodied, it is one of the first single malts to be casked in Cabernet Sauvignon red wine. This spirit is first aged in American oak until the master distiller decides it is ready. Then, this whisky is exclusively finished in barrels of European red wine for several months, becoming rich in notes of dark chocolate and intense spices. The rare combination of oak and red wine creates a beautifully round and distinctive whisky.
