Grace O'Malley Blended Irish Whiskey is a blend combining several lots of whisky varying from 3 to 10 years of age.

Each batch of whisky is aged in barrels, especially in French oak barrels. The barrels are selected by hand according to the characteristics of each whisky, including grain whisky aged in old bourbon barrels and malt whisky aged in old rum barrels.

The resulting blend offers a perfectly balanced whisky between flavour, age, complexity and sweetness.
