Mars Tsunuki Peated 70cl / 50 %
The Shinshu distillery is perched at 800 meters above sea level, and enjoys access to the pure springs of the mountain but also its harshness. Mars has a second Tsuinuki artisanal distillery since 2016 and an aging cellar on the island of Yakushima allowing them to have whiskies of different climates.
It is made from Scottish malted and peated barley. This whisky is made from a blend of Single Malt distilled in 2016 and 2017. It then aged in ex-bourbon cask and bottled at 50° in 2020.
