Renowned for its production of awamori (spiritieux made from rice distillation) and rums, the Helios distillery, located in Okinawa, Japan, produces Kura whiskies and in particular this Rum Cask version that will attract fine palates.

Kura Blended Malt Rum Cask, a subtle blend of different whiskies produced by Helios, is composed of whiskies aged for 3 years for the youngest and 18 years for the oldest.

This whisky begins its aging in American oak barrels for 3 years before being aged in barrels of Japanese rums.
