Togouchi Kiwami is a Japanese whisky "blend" and the result of a blend of grain and malt whiskies produced from pure spring water that is drawn from the Sandankyo mountain range.
It is the latest creation of the company Chugoku Jozo and limited edition for the French market.
This company is particular and atypical because it ages its whiskies in a tunnel 361 meters long rather than in a warehouse.
In Japanese, Kiwami means "supreme".
