Paul John Bold Peated Indian Single Malt is the whisky that follows the expression «Edited», a single peated malt by Paul John Distilleries.
The peat used for drying 6-row Indian barley comes from Islay. The smoke is very different from the Islay whisky, it is creamier, more complex and softer.  We find many dimensions of oak in this single malt without ever dominating fruit or spices.

This whisky is very pleasant, well balanced and attractive.  This single malt melts in the mouth with deep flavors that arrive in waves and when you think that you have savored everything, you are surprised by a second wave of spices.  Then comes a cloudy and smoky atmosphere that covers the mouth and leaves a wave of dry molasses, peaty and a little copper in its wake.
