This cognac is made from a blend of Ugni Blanc and Folle Blanche picked at maturity.

The white wine is then distilled with light lees very slowly then aged in "red" cask then many years in old cask (French oak, Limousin).

Much older than the regulations, this Cognac XO comes directly from the Paradis cellar of the Château de Montifaud, where their oldest cognacs are buried.
