Uby Armagnac 6 years is made from a distillation of Baco and Ugni blanc, two grape varieties dominant on the AOP Armagnac. The sandy soil brings finesse to the blend, aging on fine lees fat and aromatic complexity. The wines are then distilled in traditional single-heat stills and aging takes place in oak barrels.
