Sipsmith London Dry Gin is a truly «London Dry» gin that won the gold medal at the «San Francisco World Spirits» in 2014.  It is made from small batches of English rye in a copper still in London by the distillery founded in 2009. The water used comes from the Lydwell spring, one of the springs of the Thames River in the United Kingdom, which flows through London into the North Sea.

They develop their gin according to a specific process in order to be assured of obtaining a legendary quality: the right dose of botanical products is distilled instead of working to double the action which offers a significant time saving.
