Belle de Brillet is a pear and cognac liqueur created in 1985 by Jean-Louis Brillet. The name "Belle" refers to his wife Isabelle.
Without additives or neutral alcohol, this liqueur is only made from pear brandy, cognac, water and vanilla sugar from Madagascar.
